Busy Living empowers hotel owners to manage front of house staff directly through the platform, ensuring that guests are given impeccable customer service upon arrival, and via e-check-in. The app enables you to capture guest preferences for room service. Requests auto-feed to the Chambermaid’s phones so they can mark requests as “done” which triggers a rating request so you can manage performance. For budget hotels you can easily monetise linen or towel changes.

Maintenance

Improve maintenance efficiency throughout your hotel. Guests will be invited to upload photographs of maintenance issues that can be directly accessed by the maintenance team, enabling them to be fully prepared to do the job, ready with the relevant tools. Maintenance engineers will also be able to upload before and after photos to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards. Guests are automatically invited to rate repairs which you can monitor against response targets.
